Dallas servers run on dedicated AMD Ryzen 5000-series hardware in a Dallas, Texas data center. Ping measured data center to data center (October 20 to November 3, 2026) is about 17 ms from Atlanta, 23 ms from Chicago, 26 ms from Denver, 29 ms from Miami, 31 ms from Los Angeles, 32 ms from Toronto, 37 ms from New York and 50 ms from Seattle.
Sydney servers run on dedicated AMD Ryzen 5000-series hardware in OVHcloud's Sydney data center, Australia. Ping measured data center to data center (October 8 to 22, 2026) is about 6 ms from Canberra, 10 ms from Melbourne, 12 ms from Brisbane, 19 ms from Adelaide and 46 ms from Perth.

Policies

Billing is month to month and can be canceled any time. Paying quarterly saves 10%, semi-annually 15% and annually 20%, on every plan of every game.
Refunds: a full refund within 72 hours of a purchase or renewal payment, no reason required (refund policy).
A 99.9% monthly uptime target. When it is missed, a service credit of 5% to 50% of that server’s monthly fee, depending on the uptime reached (service level agreement).
Card payments through Stripe, including Stripe Link.

Limitations

Servers run only in Dallas and Sydney, so players far from both will see higher ping.
No sales to customers in some countries and regions, because of how they tax online services bought from a business overseas: among them the European Union, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Brazil, India, South Korea, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Saskatchewan and Manitoba in Canada. Checkout refuses an order from there.
A new company, started in 2026 and run by two people.

No public API: servers are ordered and managed through the website and its control panel.
