Credited means the customer got $5 off their next bill for reviewing us, whatever they rated. We publish every review except ones that break our review rules, and we never edit them.
Trustpilot means the review was posted on Trustpilot. We copy every one here word for word and count it in the average, and the tag links to the original.
How we check reviews. Only customers who have paid for a server and had it for at least a day can post, from their signed-in account. One review per customer and per payment card. Our staff can’t post reviews.

Extremely intuitive console and instructions. Server has remained free of disruptions. I have no regrets using this for my server hosting, and I will continue to do so :)

its been super helpful but i have had problems with the file manger not syncing to my actions it would also be helpful if i could get more information into whats lagging the server

If that's also what you're looking for that's exactly what you'll get from PYW (play your way). Im not even super technical when it comes to setting up servers and I still figured it out. Even got some basic mods working with there built in mod plugin thingy in the dashboard of the server settings.

We hide a review only when it breaks one of these, never because of its rating or because it is critical of us:
